CIRCLE 20 has brought together property development experts and a property development training group to offer people an opportunity to learn how to BE a property developer.

Steven Chandler, a third generation property developer with over 35 years’ experience in the property industry, leads the CIRCLE 20 team. Steven is the managing director of a property development strategy, advisory and consultancy business and has published books on building and property development.

Steven lectured at university in a Masters of Construction Project Management post-graduate degree course and he delivers property development training throughout Australia on behalf of the Australian property industry’s peak representative body at both an introductory and advanced levels.
