LEFTA is a property development strategy, advisory and consultancy firm established in 2006. LEFTA specialises in all facets of property development and has recently undertaken a rezoning project for approximately 1,000 apartments and a development permit application for a 1,000+ apartment development.
Other recent projects include two rezoning applications for 380 and 550 apartments, project management services on a 4,000 apartment development and development management services for a 1,000+ hectare industrial land subdivision.
