Our philosophy is simple, to help anyone who wants to BE a property developer to experience what it is like to be a property developer without having to deliver the actual project. It’s the closest thing you will get to “learning on the job”.
Subject to the available funds we will endeavour to develop property in the residential market where an appropriate profit margin can be achieved.
The intended project size will be in the order of twenty (20) to forty (40) apartments as this provides a reasonable size project for participants to experience the full property development process.
